Refund Policy

All services purchased from Fimi Business Services are pre-paid and must be used within the validity period specified for each package. Unused time will expire at the end of the stated period and is non-refundable. We only cancel or reschedule services if the issue is directly attributable to our error. If a cancellation or rescheduling is required for any other reason, the purchased time will remain valid until it expires, and no refunds will be issued.
